Feedback on a job
The Feedback tab is where the client’s verdict on a visit is collected and kept. The number on the tab is how many pieces of feedback the job has.

Job page → Feedback
Asking for it
Section titled “Asking for it”Mail to Request Feedback opens a message with the wording already written. Fill in the client’s email address and the subject, adjust the message if you want to, and send. The client gets a link and fills the feedback in themselves — nothing is being typed on their behalf.
The natural moment to send it is just after the job card goes out, while the visit is still fresh.
Reading it
Section titled “Reading it”What comes back lands in the table: who left it, the rating they gave, the date, their signature and the description they wrote. The search box finds a particular one by description or by name when a job has collected several.
Because it is stored on the job, feedback stays attached to the specific visit, the specific fieldworker and the specific site — which is what makes it useful when a client says the last engineer was excellent, or was not.
Removing it
Section titled “Removing it”The delete icon on a row removes that piece of feedback, asking first. It confirms with Feedback deleted successfully, and the entry no longer appears in the list.
