A client's request history
Request History is everything this client has asked you for — the enquiries that came in before there was a job, and what became of each one.

When it says Data Not Found
Section titled “When it says Data Not Found”An empty tab means this client has never raised a request — not that something is missing. Plenty of clients never do: work booked straight in by your office is a job from the start and never passes through a request.
Requests reach you from several places, including your own website and the client’s portal login. Where they come from and how you turn one into work are covered in where requests come from and acting on a request.
